With TiM we tap the social potential of museums. We see them as places where people meet, exchange ideas, and are imaginative. Hundreds of volunteers and museums throughout Switzerland join us to bring together people from different generations and cultures. TiM not only provides easy access to culture but also encourages people to meet, talk to each other and find ways to participate in society.

Museums as Meeting Places

TiM invites people to visit a museum as a tandem and invent a story together. Simple, isn't it? But the simple task of inventing a story lets you engage with your tandem partner, exchange ideas and experiences. Thus the museum becomes a special place where people not only meet, but get to know each other.
